Crystafor LLC ("Crystafor", "we") runs a referral service that connects homeowners who request project quotes with independent local contractors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Homeowners: name, phone number, email, ZIP code or address, and your answers about your project (for example type of work, size, timeline, and whether you own the home), submitted through our forms or Facebook/Instagram lead forms.
Contractors: business name, contact details, trade, service area and billing records.
Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To match your project request with up to 3 local contractors in that trade and area, who may contact you by phone, text or email about your project.
To check lead quality, for example confirming whether a contractor reached you. If we call you, we tell you at the start if the call is recorded and record only with your consent.
To run and improve our service and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share homeowner request details only with the contractors matched to that request, and with service providers that help us operate (for example our CRM, email and payment providers). We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Your choices

To stop being contacted, or to ask us to access or delete your information, email nick@crystafor.com. Contractors who already received your request keep their own records under their own policies.
